Scott Swain  is the Manager of Tree Care Specialists. He has worked in the arboriculture industry since 1996. He holds a degree in Business Administration and has worked with some of the nations largest electric utility providers on their arboriculture needs. Along with several of the communities in the southeastern Ohio area.
